SD5000 Series Control System for Single-head Machine highly integrates all mechanical drive components required for embroidery on the main control board. This system realizes full integration of main controller, driver and its power supply. Because of its small size and convenient installation, it can not only be used for the proofing of embroidery, but also be used for the shop to do some embroidery processing with less quantity and high personalized requirements. The control system is based on the advanced embedded computer software and hardware system architecture, equipped with a new bright TFT touch LCD screen, embedded with a new designed operation interface, and equipped with a highly integrated control box. Cooperating with the machinery, the system realizes the overall integration of the main control and its drivers. It will reduce the cost of the whole machine and stimulate a wider application.
1) Display screen: 10-inch touch screen, resolution 1024*600
2) Control accuracy: Min controlled needle pitch: 0.1 mm, range of needle code: 0.1mm~12.7mm.
3) Pattern input/ output : USB, network
4) Servo spindle, step motor frame, motor color change, motor trimming, motor hooking
5) Spindle angle detector shares the same encoder on the spindle motor, attachig a zero-position board.
6) Detect the needle position by a external multi-turn potentiometer and display on the operating panel.
7) Highly reliable connectors assure the reliability of system connection.
8) Special embroidery supports sequin, bead, hot drilling, cording, taping and looping embroidery , etc.
9) Supported languages include Chinese, English, Italian, French and Russian (optional: German, Spanish, Turkish, Portuguese, Arabic and Thai)
10) Cloud platform can be connected to realize the networking management for embroidery production.
